Monosodium Phosphate Properties:
Colorless, column crystal, odorless, slightly deliquescence, relative density 20.4, melting point 60, easily soluble in water, insoluble in ethanol. When heated to less 100, soluble in crystalline water; when heated to 100, losing crystalline water, going on heating and becoming NaPO3.
The most common form of MSP is the monosodium phosphate monohydrate,monosodium phosphate anhydrous and monosodium phosphate dihydrate.

Monosodium Phosphate Application:
Sodium phosphate monobasic is used as PH buffer, characteristic improving agent, emulsification agent, nutritional supplement, antioxidizer brine penetrable agent, sugar clarifier, stabilizer, coagulant, fowl depilatory agent.
